Return & Refund Policy — STITCHD

  • Returns are accepted only in the following two cases:
    • You received the wrong color
    • You received a defective/damaged product
  • Change of mind is not a valid reason for return. Please check color and product details carefully before placing your order.
  • Refunds are not processed. Only returns (exchange for the correct/undamaged item) will be processed — no cash or original payment method refunds will be issued.
  • To request a return, you must contact us on our official WhatsApp number: 0301-4417531. Returns requested through any other channel will not be accepted.
  • Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product to begin the return process. 
  • Once your return request is approved via WhatsApp, we'll share instructions on how to send the item back and how the exchange will be processed.
